Guest Policies
All spa guests must be 14 years of age or older. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, pregnancy or if a wheel chair access is required. Consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after particular spa treatments such as massages, body treatments and facials is not recommended.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for services and packages. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed 100%. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.
Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

Gift Card Policy
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final for gift cards.

Payment
NYC Spa Time accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Gratuities for all spa services are accepted in cash only. For your convenience we do have an ATM on-site.
